- Lawful Use: Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Content Ownership: You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to any content you submit to the Service.
- Prohibited Content: You agree not to use the Service to generate or process content that:
- Depicts nudity, sexual content, or explicit material
- Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
- Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Depicts minors in any inappropriate context
- Contains illegal or regulated content
- Harasses, abuses, or threatens others
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
4.2 Generated Content
You own the images generated through the Service for your personal use. However, you are responsible for how you use generated content and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
4.3 Service IP
The Service, including its design, code, and brand elements, is owned by Dfqeq and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party APIs and services:
- DeepSeek: Used for prompt optimization. Your text prompts are sent to DeepSeek for processing.
- ZhipuAI: Used for image generation via the CogView-4 model. Your prompts are sent to ZhipuAI for AI model inference.
- Cloudflare: Used for CDN and security services.
- Plausible Analytics: Used for privacy-friendly analytics.
We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third-party services. Your use of the Service is subject to the respective terms and policies of these providers.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Generated content will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for any purpose
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Dfqeq SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dfqeq, its affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
